Select Telecom has been a Nationwide Installer for over ten years now and our rapidly expanding customer base is testament to our service.  Our customer list includes Cancer Research UK, The Potter Group, DBC and TWI.

We install all types of hands free car kits, including tracker systems and entertainment systems for vehicles.

Accredited Engineers

In 2005 we worked closely with Nokia on the first Accreditation Programme of its kind within the installation industry.  As a result, 60% of our engineers were accredited that year.  We now only use accredited engineers for our installations.  We are also involved in a similar scheme with the FCS.

24 Month No Quibble Parts and Labour Warranty

We only use accredited engineers who install genuine, branded products so we do not anticipate any issues.  However, in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your car kit we offer a full, no quibble, 24 month parts and labour warranty.  The warranty includes free telephone support to your assigned account manager, and if we cannot resolve your issue over the phone, we will arrange for an engineer to call at a time and place convenient to you to resolve the issue.

Fixed Pricing

We offer fixed pricing solutions to all our Corporate and Fleet customers and as we deal with every aspect of your install, from initial order to finished installation, the cost to deliver is much lower than if you dealt with all details of the installation in house.


Our SLA is five working days – from booking to installation.  Our Installations department will contact the end user directly and deal with every detail of the install for you saving you both time and money.

Installation Location

You have complete choice over where your installation takes place, be that a single installation or a whole fleet.  This can be at the end users home or office at a time of day suited to them.  We also offer multi on site installations, up to 100 per day.

Direct Booking Access

With our fixed corporate pricing we can offer you access to our booking system via your own company Portal.  This is password protected so that only authorised personnel can use the system and jobs can be booked directly, saving you time and money.

Regular Reports/Meetings

We will provide regular progress reports to you on either a quarterly or six monthly basis and meet with you regularly to discuss any issues or changes that you might have.

Customer Support

As part of our 24 month warranty we offer free telephone support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  During office hours you will be able to speak to your account manager who will deal with any queries you might have.  Outside office hours you will have access to an experienced advisor who will be able to talk you through more common issues

Independent Resolution Service

We offer a high quality service and are confident that we can deal with any issues that may arise.  However, in the event that we are unable to resolve any issue to your satisfaction, we will call in an independent company called Auditcare Services Limited.  They will then inspect the installation and equipment and prepare a report for both parties involved.
