How it works
A dedicated team of technical support staff first assess the problem with you over the phone free of charge on our free phone number.
- If a visit is required, our mobile car kit engineers come to either your home or workplace so your time is not wasted visiting service centres.
- If any parts are required, they are posted directly to you via secure post before the engineer visits you.

Professional installation of your existing hands free car kit
Transfer of car kit from one vehicle to another - from £115 + parts
Carried out same day, same location
Removal of car kit from vehicle - from £75
De-install only
Basic Servicing or repair price - £75
The initial fee includes the service call charge, the drive to your home or work, and 30 minutes on site.
Each additional 30 minutes on site is £35.
All services carried out nationwide at any location. Please note that these prices do not include any additional parts that may be required.
